Why do you fume with envy, you mountains of many peaks?
This is the mountain which God desires to dwell in; Yes, the Lord will dwell in it forever.
When He opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, “Come and see.”
So I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death, and by the beasts of the earth.
And another sign appeared in heaven: behold, a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads.
Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.

THE FIRST HEAD: Darkness
From those who leave the paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness; The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep.
“These words the Lord spoke to all your assembly, in the mountain from the midst of the fire. He made darkness His secret place; The cloud, and the thick darkness, with a loud voice;
land as dark as darkness itself, As the shadow of death, without any order, where even the light is like darkness.’
“Therefore you shall have night without vision, and you shall have darkness without divination; “O generation, see the word of the Lord!
"Have I been a wilderness to Israel, Or a land of darkness?"
Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
“So they cried out to the Lord;
“Sit in silence, and go into darkness daughter of the Chaldeans; For you shall no longer be called The Lady of Kingdoms.
I form the light and create darkness, I make peace and create calamity; I, the Lord, do all these things.’
For God made my heart weak, And the Almighty terrifies me; Because I was not cut off from the presence of darkness, And He did not hide deep darkness from my face. and He put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and He added no more.
Loved one and friend You have put far from me,

SECOND HEAD: Desire
For the wicked boasts of his heart’s desire;
He blesses the greedy and renounces the Lord. For he has oppressed and forsaken the poor, He has violently seized a house which he did not build.
“Because he knows no quietness in his heart, He will not save anything he desires. Nothing is left for him to eat; Therefore, his well-being will not last.
“But He is unique, and who can make Him change?
And whatever His soul desires, that He does.
Do not desire the night, when people are cut off in their place. Take heed, do not turn to iniquity, for you have chosen this rather than affliction.
Listen, O daughter, Consider and incline your ear; Forget your own people also, and your father’s house; So the King will greatly desire your beauty;Because He is your Lord... worship Him.
My flesh and my heart fail; Whom have I in heaven but You?
And there is none upon earth that I desire besides You.
You will guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. I will wait for You, O You his Strength; For God is my defense.
My God of mercy shall come to meet me; The wicked will see it and be grieved; He will gnash his teeth and melt away; The desire of the wicked shall perish. The soul of a lazy man desires, and has nothing; But the soul of the diligent shall be made rich.
Do not grant, O Lord, the desires of the wicked; Do not further his wicked scheme, lest they be exalted. Selah

THE THIRD HEAD: Ignorance
This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. knowing that such a person is warped and sinning, being self-condemned.
“For you have trusted in your wickedness; You have said, ‘No one sees me’; Your wisdom and your knowledge have warped you; And you have said in your heart, ‘I am, and there is no one else besides me.’
Let My outcasts dwell with you, be a shelter to them from the face of the spoiler,Do not rob the poor because he is poor,Nor oppress the afflicted at the gate;For the Lord will plead their cause,And plunder the soul of those who plunder them. for the extortioner is at an end.
Yet they say to God, ‘Depart from us, For we do not desire the knowledge of Your ways.

THE FOURTH: Excitement of death
“Who can count the dust of Jacob, Or number one-fourth of Israel?
Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my end be like his!”
“Have you entered the springs of the sea?
Or have you walked in search of the depths?
Have the gates of death been revealed to you?
Or have you seen the doors of the shadow of death?
Have you comprehended the breadth of the earth?
Tell Me, if you know all this.
“See, O Lord, that I am in distress; My soul is troubled; My heart is overturned within me, For I have been very rebellious. Outside the sword bereaves, at home it is like death.
“Why is light given to him who is in misery, and life to the bitter of soul, who long for death, but it does not come, and search for it more than hidden treasures;
“What strength do I have, that I should hope?
And what is my end, that I should prolong my life?
Then You scare me with dreams and terrify me with visions, so that my soul chooses strangling and death rather than my body.
I loathe my life; I would not live forever. Let me alone, for my days are but a breath. Therefore I praised the dead who were already dead, More than the living who are still alive.
Destruction and Death say, ‘We have heard a report about it with our ears.’
God understands its way, And He knows its place.
But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; All those who hate me love death.”
Does it seem good to You that You should oppress, That You should despise the work of Your hands, And smile on the counsel of the wicked?
Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my end be like his!”

FIFTH HEAD: Kingdom of the Flesh
Surely He has turned His hand against me Time and time again throughout the day. He has aged my flesh and my skin, and broken my bones. He has besieged me and surrounded me with bitterness and woe.
I will feed those who oppress you with their own flesh, and they shall be drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine.
All flesh shall know That I, the Lord, am your Savior, And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”
And the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.” Do not be rash with your mouth, and let not your heart utter anything hastily before God. For God is in heaven, and you on earth;
Therefore, let your words be few. For a dream comes through much activity, and a fool’s voice is known by his many words.

SIX HEAD: Foolish Wisdom of the Flesh
I said of laughter—“Madness!”; and of mirth, “What does it accomplish?” I searched in my heart how to gratify my flesh with wine, while guiding my heart with wisdom, and how to lay hold on folly, till I might see what was good for the sons of men to do under heaven all the days of their lives.
I made my works great, I built myself houses, and planted myself vineyards. Again, I saw that for all toil and every skillful work a man is envied by his neighbor. This also is vanity and grasping for the wind. The fool folds his hands and consumes his own flesh. And your labors go to the house of a foreigner; And you mourn at last, when your flesh and your body are consumed,
And say:
“How I have hated instruction,
And my heart despised correction!

SEVENTH HEAD: Wrathful Wisdom
Because there is wrath, beware lest He take you away with one blow; For a large ransom would not help you avoid it. For as the churning of milk produces butter, and wringing the nose produces blood, So the forcing of wrath produces strife.
“Then the king shall do according to his own will: he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god, shall speak blasphemies against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the wrath has been accomplished; for what has been determined shall be done.
“Call out now;
Is there anyone who will answer you?
And to which of the holy ones will you turn?
For wrath kills a foolish man,
And envy slays a simple one.
I have seen the foolish taking root, be afraid of the sword for yourselves; For wrath brings the punishment of the sword, that you may know there is a judgment.”
A fool’s wrath is known at once, A wrathful man stirs up strife, As messengers of death is the king’s wrath,
When he is about to fill his stomach, God will cast on him the fury of His wrath, And will rain it on him while he is eating. And distress them in His deep displeasure:
“I know his wrath,” says the Lord,“But it is not right;His lies have made nothing right. He who struck the people in wrath with a continual stroke,He who ruled the nations in anger,Is persecuted and no one hinders.
